We will arrange for one of our experienced representatives to visit your property to measure up and listen to your requirements. On the day of your quotation, we will leave you with a verbal quotation which will later be sent out to you in a full written quotation, including computer-aided drawings to assist with the design process.

Just had whole house refitted by Halstead Glass. Great service from initial visit right through to end job. Friendly family business, fitters were nice chaps and kept everything very clean and tidy. Great service form the start. From choosing the windows, the surveyor arriving and taking measurements, going over the glass choice suitable for the bathroom and handles to match in with the handles I already have on other windows.
The fitters on the day were very conscientious, covering everything that may get dusty including the stairs. Making sure that I had a way to keep warm on such a cold day. Everywhere was left clean and tidy after they had finished.
The only thing I would say is, that a courtesy call a day before would be helpful, just to make sure everything is still ok to go ahead

We have used Halstead glass over the past three years to replace approaching thirty windows/doors. After our first phase of fitting we absolutely knew we would return to them for the rest of the work. From the outset they have been excellent in their communication and responsiveness. The engineers/fitters have been skilled, knowledgeable, professional and most considerate. We have recently had all our windows and doors replaced by Halstead Glass. They were totally professional from the outset. No pushy selling and once we’d placed our order, the promised fitting dates were kept to. Our team, Robin and Tom were excellent, didn’t rush anything and made sure everything was exactly what we wanted. They worked efficiently, were very polite and a couple of times went above and beyond to be extra helpful plus they left everything very clean and tidy.
Our house is so much warmer and quieter too.

We had 5 units blown in our conservatory and needed them replacing. Wanting to support local business, we called Halstead Glass for a quote.
A very polite young man took some details and said he would arrange for someone to come over and take some measurements. This happened within a few days.
We were happy with the prices, (after getting quotes from other local companies) so decided to go ahead with Halstead Glass.
We were informed when the units would be ready and the fitter came over and installed our new windows. He was running late as the jobs before us over-ran but we had a courtesy call
