I would not hesitate to recommend Aquawarm for the supply and installation of central heating systems. My job was not a straightforward one, but they fully understood what was required and came up with a most satisfactory solution. Although the price was very competitive, I was impressed to see that they used only top quality products.

I have used Aquawarm for the last 8 years ever since Stephen replaced our heating system and boiler. His initial quote was thorough, competitive and he took the time to explain works both before and during installation. Since then he has attended to our annual service and undertaken various other plumbing jobs for us. I have always found Stephen to be professional, responsive, polite, thorough and very diligent and would highly recommend him.

Please do not use Steve for call out and repairs. He came to my house to investigate an issue with my boiler. He then charged me for labour and parts in advance to then come back to complete work at a later date. On arriving a few days later he tried to fix the issue he had diagnosed but then gave up stating he did not have time to complete the job and dealt with my wife at the time. He told her he did not have time to sort the issue out now and promptly left leaving with us payed parts for our faulty boiler as well as 3 major leaks from our boiler and now not working correctly after he pulled

After having struggled for some time with other plumbers not prepared to do the job. I have to say, that I can do nothing but recommend AquaWarm plumbing. Stephen did a fantastic job this week and was professional throughout, providing a reasonable quote and we're really pleased with the end result. We will definitely use AquaWarm again!
