We now directly employ more than 50 staff with plans to double our workforce over the next three years.

Established in 2011, Bournemouth's Marisco South now directly employs over 50 multi-trades to service a growing demand for planned and responsive property maintenance services for both social housing and private property owners. Although most of our work is in Southern Dorset and West Hampshire, we regularly undertake planned property work in an area that stretches from Plymouth to Chichester and up the M3 corridor to London.
When it comes to new build construction, Marisco South can help bring your vision to life. We offer a comprehensive range of construction services, so whichever stage your new build development is at, we can help. Our team can work from plans you provide or if your idea is still in its infancy, help you develop a bespoke plan that is tailored to your requirements.
At Marisco we have our own dedicated Plumbing team that can take care of all the plumbing solutions for your new build property - combining years of experience across all plumbing sectors. From boiler installations to plumbing in entire bathrooms and kitchens, we're here to help turn your new build properties into fully functioning homes.
Our qualified electricians have helped clients with new build projects ranging in size from simple alterations to full electrical wiring projects. Along the way we have developed a vast amount of experience across all walks of domestic electrical work. No job is too small or too large for our highly competent and dedicated work force.
Marisco has been working with landlords with a huge range of portfolio sizes for a number of years, from single property owners to the largest Social Domestic Landlords in the south of England. Having a directly employed workforce of 50 staff allows us to service large commissions like the Void management contract we currently have with BCP Council.

**** Amazing Customer Service ****
Just writing this review to say a huge thank you to Marisco. I rent a flat and they are my chosen electricians to use. This was the first time they've been required to do anything and they were brilliant!
Liz who helped book them in was so kind and considerate taking the time to assure me that with Covid-19 the engineer would have PPE and work with me to make sure I felt safe.
Colin who came on the day was brilliant, cannot fault his work and his put me at ease while it was being done.
They are a credit to the business!

Came to do our bathroom we were just expecting a new bath but they did everything. Upto and including new shower, sink and floor. They even repainted for us. Followed all covid rules, were incredibly friendly and professional, even had a few chats with my little one about his xbox games 😊 cannot reccomend highly enough. They even double checked about the tiniest scratch in the hall, which was caused by me, to ensure they hadn't damaged anything. Wonderful people to deal with.

This is the most disgusting medical practise in this country, I had a heart scan Over a year ago and I am still waiting for the results, I was told to wailt in all day for the nurse to ring, what a joke, never known anything like it, there must be more people die here waiting for a appointment than the coronaviris, I shall be glad when I move or I may be the next victim.
