I'd used Sterling before to cap a chimney that leaked, so when I needed some ridge tiles fixing after the recent storms I called them again. Jordan responded immediately and came round to look at the job the next day and he made a very nice job of the ridges and was polite and professional. Following the extensive rain we had a few days ago, my valley gutter was overflowing which indicated they were either blocked or some other underlying issue. I called Sterling after finding them on Google and they got on the roof inspected the gutters and confirmed that the valley was blocked resulting in the overflow he cleaned out the gutters and provided a quote for the some additional non essential work at no costs. I couldn't recommend them enough, professional, courtesy and honest, which is a rare find!
