Established in 2004 Deco Floors is a family run company providing flooring solutions for the commercial and the domestic sector. The showrooms and offices are located in Oakwood and Clerkenwell. At first, the floor was fitted and it looked class. However, after only a month, some of the wood moved out of place (seal around wood coming off).
The owner was quick to try find different solutions to resolve and showed real appetite to resolve the issues which i appreciated. Unfortunately nothing has worked.
It has been a year now trying to resolve the floor, and the entire floor has now bits of wood moving - its pretty frustrating because when you pay for a service, there is expectation to match it and this has been massively off.
To conclude, i wont be recommending Deco Floors for hardwood

Deco Floors carpeted our new house and made a stairs runner. They provided an expert and honest advice right from the beginning, made me feel welcomed and I felt supported all the way through.
Carpenter Rhys did an absolutely fantastic job- punctual, polite, excellently skilled and tidy! They're lucky to have him work for them.

Highly recommend Deco Floors, warm and friendly service from the start. The fitter was clean and tidy too. This isn't the first time we have used their service, we were impressed the first time so decided to use them again to carpet our stairs. We couldn't be happier with the result. Deco have just completed their 8th job for me. Such has included carpet laying, laminate flooring and now vinyl for my utility/laundry room: All excellent. In the shop, during an estimating visit and then the job-supervision, the servive from Bako and Monique is A1, their fitters, floor layers are always, polite, punctual and skillful. Most of them have been with Deco for many years. Deco Floors are purveyors of premium products at fair, not discount, prices; you get what you pay for. As far as I am concerned they are to be highly recommended.

Amazing service and very happy with my carpets!
As first time buyers my partner and I had no clue what we were doing, I'd ordered many carpet samples and wasn't getting anywhere...then we met Monique at Deco Floors! She was friendly and helpful and asked us what we were looking for/how long we wanted it to last/budgets etc. and showed us some options. We borrowed some samples and returned a few days later to order our carpets.
I had my rooms measured early so I didn't have to take time off work and our carpets fitted on a Sunday! Deco were flexible and accommodating every step of the way and

Had our kitchen and hallway laid with LVT and a carpet laid in the lounge.
Deco did a great job with both. Very helpful helping to choose flooring we liked within our budget. Everyone we met who works there were very friendly and vinyl floor and carpet both laid efficiently and skillfully. Even helped me out with moving some furniture completely unrelated to the carpet job!
Fully recommend them.

Absolutely superb. We had old school individual parquet tiles throughout our ground floor and engineered planks upstairs. Bako, Monique, Alan, other Alan, and Alex and his wife (sorry, didn’t get her name but she was also fantastic) made the entire experience calm from start to finish. They were so patient walking us through options, and their price was as competitive as anyone else’s. When it came to laying it they were fast, careful, on time and lovely to have in the house.
