Stressful, disappointing and costly experience. Current legal action process ongoing. Some damaged areas replaced with new covers hence mismatched colour run creating varied hue. Left with iron mark on headrest from attempted repair by technician. Recliner also ordered on wrong side due to poor communication between Abitare staff. Shocking customer service, avoid this establishment.

Absolutely horrendous experience with this shop! I paid for a brand new £1000 wardrobe from these people. On day of delivery the wardrobe turned up in bubblewrap..they told me it was to save me getting rid of the waste. When the fitter opened the “bubble wrap” the whole thing was in terrible condition and had been built once before. When phoned they claimed they knew nothing about it! When the delivery men took it up stairs in my brand new property they damaged the walls to the landing and in the bedroom! I then called the shop to get it taken away of which they did and refunded me. They then

We ordered an expensive wardrobe from Abitare in May 2021 and when it was delivered it was in a terrible state and had obviously had been assembled previously. It had marks all over it and parts were missing. The hallway and bedroom walls and ceiling were damaged when the wardrobe was brought into the house leaving marks and gouges in the plaster. We complained and were told that a mistake had been made and that they had seen the appalling state of the wardrobe they had tried to sell and deliver to us. As an apology and compensation they agreed to get a replacement wardrobe ordered for us for cost

Best funiture shop ive been to in ages, very contemporary and reasonably priced. Very good service from start to finish. All the staff very nice. The reason for the missing star , is the fact that they are to far away. I travelled 400 miles round trip to get a unit of them but glad I did . P.s Get a store in Wales. Lol

Went in yesterday and had a look round after being let down by a couple of sofa places.
The chap we met was incredibly helpful, knowledgable and did what he promised.
Delivered a beautiful corner sofa the next day at a great price. We've order a few other bits off them too. I would highly recommend to anyone this place is a little gem.

Just called in with friend who was looking for a TV unit , lovely shop with plenty high grade items , she found exactly what she was looking for , unit reduced in price by over 50% , staff extremely helpful and friendly too and not in your face top marks guys , would definitely go again , unit was also cat approved once she had put it where it was designated for a definite thumbs up from all 👍

Definitely wont be buying anything else from Abitare or any Natuzzi products in the future after this experience! Poor Costumer service and some unprofessional staff.
My brand new sofa arrived as shown in the photos. We decided to go to the store to check the one in Abitare (in mustard colour) which definitely did not look like the one in my living room. The sales man advised the best thing to do is to 'smooth it out' every time you stand up! After several minutes of discussion he finally arranged a technician to come to my house to check the sofa. The Technician advised that he will have to stretch

I have bought a bed frame and after was very expensive, this company Abitare doesn’t want to accept my return. I read other reviews and seen I’m not the only customer in this situation. The reason for return is that after I put a super king mattress I got big gaps between bed frame and mattress.
On there’s website they didn’t had dimensions, but I asked them if is fitted my mattress and they confirmed and didn’t said anything I should be worried.
I don’t want to say the product is got a defect, as he didn’t had and find on other websites the dimensions are exactly with what I received
