Having had four quotes from local companies over one weekend, Kingfisher were the obvious choice for us. Steve is quite clearly passionate about what he does and we were very impressed that he remembered providing windows and doors for both my grandparents and my partner’s parents, despite these works being years ago! After getting a number of quotes I made a very quick decision that I wanted to go ahead with Kingfisher, Steve was extremely efficient and there was no nonsense sales talk just straight to the point. Both Steve and Jan were so helpful answering any questions and queries I had. The team were so polite and friendly and have done an absolutely fantastic job. What to say, other than the fitters are good but the issue is the management and surveyors, managed to rip all our windows out then realise that the manager had measured them wrong and they would not fit, was delayed by over a week and had to have a temp lash up to make house dry and secure, no compensation but what was worse was the owners attitude and wanting payment before they did the final install when it was all there fault, his demeanour was umprofessional and aggressive.
