We are very satisfied with Pinnacle's cleaning services, as we are a Primary school and cleanliness is very important to us. The Account Manager/Supervisor is always available to manage the cleaners wherever needed, and also to ensure all our needs are always covered. Pinnacle cleaning services have been contracted by Home Group to clean the new flats being delivered by Riverside, South Oxhey development. The glass panels on the doors in the communication areas are filthy and the buttons to the flat lifts and mirrors are caked in filth. The car park is never touched. The cleaner comes every Monday and does the absolute minimum. The worse cleaning company going

Very professional service, on time every time, cleaning to a very high standard. Staff friendly and have built a good rapport with staff and subcontractors on site. I've used Pinnacle Cleaning Services for around 8 years now, after chopping and changing cleaning companies and getting rid of in-house cleaners, due to poor service and unacceptable standards. Especially when you're paying for the privilege!
