Used this company for the first time as they were "Which" recommended. Appointment set up within 2 days, for a replacement kitchen monobloc tap and repair to a slow filling toilet cistern. Plumber Jake was a nice guy worked efficiently and left no mess. Will be using them in the future for boiler and gas fire annual servicing.

Received my reminder letter about my boiler service and then a follow up phone call (its been so busy teaching online in lockdown!). I was able to book my service on a convenient day the following week.
The engineer called 10 mins prior to arrival so we could open the windows and clear the area. The service was carried out securely with the engineer wearing a mask. Paperwork was signed in a socially distanced manner and I called the office to pay over the phone. I received my receipt immediately by email.
I will definitely use this company again.

I have used tsl in the past to install and repair my boiler and have never been disappointed by service, price and expertness of the staff.
Today i phoned them at 9 am and explained that my 90 year old mothers
boiler had stopped working , at this time of writing we are in a cold snap,
they were there by 12 and got it running, so thank you all at tsl.
I spoke to my mother later and she was very impressed with the level of service, and as a pensioner was very happy with the bill
In 90 years i think she has come across more boiler company's than most of us but this is the one she was most impressed

They converted a bathroom in to a wet room for my ageing uncle who can’t walk well. Because of COVID restrictions I couldn’t oversee the work but the company was amazing- very courteous and sensitive to my Uncle. The work was a high standard and done under the time.

So glad we found this firm. Having moved into our new house, we’ve needed work on plumbing, the WC, the boiler and a gas fire. We’ve also had an emergency call out. Each time we’ve been extremely impressed with the standard of work, the knowledge & politeness of staff (both on the phone & in the home) and all done at a very reasonable price. The gas fire service engineer not only did that job but ensured we were aware of other potential related issues and even advised on the best apps for comparing gas tariffs! Highly recommended!

I had work carried out in 2005 the jobs carried out by Track serves LTD now known as TSL the same director being Darren.
I was given no guarantee of complete works paid for in full.
In fact TSL had a snag list as as long as long as both arms which they didn't do as they clearly could not get it right after attempting three times. I sacked them however they did not refund any money that they had been paid for workdays that had been passed and payed for. The fact. That the jobs were passed baffles me. I had a council grant and a council survayor inspector carried out all inspections and passed

We had the moment that all homeowners dread – the boiler failing. Worcester Boiler identified that it was beyond repair and a new one needed to be installed. This resulted in a panic, as it needed to be done urgently and thinking of past experience with plumbers reliability etc., did not set a favourable mood. I spoke to TSL Plumbing first thing in the morning, for the first time (along with a couple of other plumbers) and arrange for them to call that day for a quote.
