The building has various businesses inside, the main entrance is difficult for wheelchairs or pushchairs, once inside ok (I have only visited ground floor businesses). The car park is nearly always crowded and to enter it you turn off the main road and drive around the back of the building to the car park at the front. Once inside the main entrance you buzz the business you are visiting to gain access to building through a lock release door. Push exit button on the wall to open the door when leaving the building, then through none automatic door to outside and car park.
