Don't work for this company! Owner disorganised & hasn't a clue what he's doing. No contract, rarely a payslip, doesn't make everything clear from the beginning. I've been a cleaner since I was a teenager (16 years!), & don't appreciate being told how to do my job by someone less qualified/experienced.

I worked there for a week, & quit after being told I wasn't being paid for it (just as well i have two other jobs!). The job itself was good, but no way am I putting up with c**p! I was never asked for bank details, NI number, previous experience, etc that a decent employer would.
The owner seriously needs to get his act together - none of his staff are happy working for him. Quite how this man has stayed in business as long as he has is quite frankly a joke! No contracts given, nothing sorted out, nothing! Seriously guys - just
