They like to get involved with things that are not on there doorstep. they provided a planning application for stables on green belt land knowing there client were travellers. they then let them move in with caravans so they could appeal the use. they do not care about the local residence in the area but just about the money they will make. it would be nice if they would visit the local pub and meet the residence so they could tell us why they do this!!!!!!!!

Thus company has proven it does not care about developing the community.
They have supported the destruction of the Green Belt. Provided a planning application for a gypsie/traveller site retrospectively after the client had been issued a notice for unauthorised construction.
They do not care about the local residence in the area but just about the money they will make.
If you want to work with an ethically moralled company, look elsewhere.

WSPA - especially Max and George, have worked hard to get my planning approved first time. Which to be honest I wasn't expecting to happen - I was prepared that we may have to adapt or amend what I wanted. From the design of my extension by the Architects to the work that was done upfront with Wandsworth Council to ensure it would go through the application smoothly I've been really pleased with the quality of work. It's the first time I've done this and so the fact there is a clear process that they follow and clear costings made it a lot easier. Thanks Max and George in particular.

I was recommended WSPA by a neighbour who had already had a positive experience with them. We wanted to complete two extensions on our house. We chose WSPA because of the recommendation but also because they delivered a good price. Once we got into the drawings and started to meet with George and Robert we were even more impressed. They realised that we had a tight timescale so worked with us to navigate through the entire process, from submitting the cover letters through to handling communications with Tandridge and with our private Building Control. WSPA have recently helped me in securing planning consent for a small conversion project, the process was very smooth and professional. George and Jhonnatan were both very attentive, with drawings amended after discussion with me and new ideas suggested followed by swift responses to the case officer.

I dealt with Emily who was professional, knowledgable, helpful and responsive. Our challenging planning application was backed up with a thorough a site assessment and AutoCAD work to ensure our application had the best chance of being approved. Emily then worked closely with the local authority, keeping us informed every step of the way. Our application was approved last week. I highly recommend this company.

We have used WS Planning twice and both times got the desired result. First some planning permission we didn't think possible (they got it!), and second a permitted development sign off from the council. Both cases were dealt with quickly and without any fuss. Exceptional service. I'd would highly recommend this practice. Great people to deal with.
