Patrick & Astrid were outstanding in every aspect of the Services they provided to us in relation to our single story rear extension.
From the first site visit it was immediately obvious how willing and able they both were in taking on board the particular style that we wanted to achieve, and then demonstrate how this could all be incorporated into a final and workable design.
Patrick’s experience in the issues that always arise with these projects meant that he was quickly able to overcome any challenges, meaning the final design we were presented with easily exceeded our expectations.

After a year of research we met with Patrick for an initial consultation and knew immediately that he was someone we could work with. His skill at listening and interpreting our needs into an imaginative but practical plan was excellent. Pat at fingerprintstudios worked with us when we decided to renovate our 1935 house in Portchester. Thank you to Pat and the team for helping us draw up plans to remodel our 1930s house in Portsmouth. Pat was both knowledgeable and professional when visiting us and taking us through to the surveying process right through to drawing up the plans. Unfortunately, due to some ‘unusual’ structural uncertainties with our house, we decided not to go ahead with the works; we found the whole experience very positive though, and would not hesitate to recommend and use Pat again in the future.
