Positive: Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
Hatts designed and installed our kitchen. We couldn't be happier, they catered for every detail that we requested. The fitters, Chris and Sam were top class, really nice guys and very professional. The best kitchen company by far. We would most definitely recommend them. 5 star.

Decent product but poor service and lack of customer care
We had a kitchen supplied by Hatt Kitchens and while the quality of the units is good, the service provided was poor and we had numerous delays, given promises that never materialised, wrong items being delivered and there was no urgency by Hatt Kitchens to get everything finished. We were left with an unfinished kitchen for four months until finally we got things completed. It however took a lot of effort and calls to get to that stage.
We had a number of visits to the showroom and placed an order in May 2018. We were asked for and paid

We still have a virtually perfect kitchen which was immaculately fitted in 1994 by Hatts. Pretty amazing! It has never looked obviously dated and is now a very fashionable look again. Going to look at replacing worktops but cabinets and even doors are still near perfect. 25 years on some recommendation!!!

Hatt Kitchens were installed in our new apartment development and many of us living there have had issues with the doors ‘bubbling’ in our kitchens, particularly where sun shines onto them-due to the glue used. Hatt have been no help whatsoever despite the doors only being 4 years old or less (they only have a 2 year warranty)!

Kitchen doors supplied to the builder by this company failed after 4 years with peeling laminate. Lisa at Hatt was very very helpful (and would get 5 stars) but unacceptable delays encountered in receiving replacement doors due to 'problems with the laminate'...really AGAIN!? High gloss doors are pretty standard seems Hatt need to sort out the manufacturing to match the customer service. Still waiting for doors despite having had to pay to replace a faulty product as it was supplied by a third party ie house builder.
