Bought online. Very pleased with bathroom cabinet, good quality. Pleased with service offered. Delivery was good, chose day and was contacted by phone 15 minutes before arrival of goods. Only problem was the pallet - could these not be recycled? Ended up having to cut it up, seems a waste.

Ordered on line. Bought a vanity unit and sink for the down stairs cloakroom.
The packages arrived when they were supposed to and the logistics company gave a 2 hour time slot for the delivery.
Everything was well packaged and the delivery driver allowed 15 minutes for me to inspect the goods for damage. No pressure at all. Everything was fine.
The vanity unit and sink are now installed and look really good. I'm really impressed with them. Easy to install and the doors just needed a little adjustment to align. This just took a couple of minutes.
I would have no problems with buying from Victorian

Happy with the product quality and value for money. However, less happy with the shipping fees and methods. Was expensive, i had to do part of the arrangements myself and ended up with a load of packaging and a pallet i had to then get rid of - all for a fairly small bathroom cabinet which as long as protected well, could comfortably have been sent via "standard" van courier services for considerably less money. That element of it would make me consider buying elsewhere if possible in future.

SHOCKING AFTER SALES SERVICE
Well should have read the reviews to start with! Perfect company if nothing goes wrong but will not take any responsibility for there recommend items being incorrect for the product.
You can't talk to anyone and have to do any communication via a chat site where they just fob you off, we are still within our 30 days (by one day) so was informing them that we want a refund bud according to the chat person it has to be back with them to be within that time frame!

I ordered on-line. The process was simple. The product well described. Delivery was amazingly quick, just a couple of days. Packaging was excellent and the product, good quality, all attachments came with it. Clear fitting instructions. We could not be more delighted.

Totally disappointed with the purchase from Victoria plumbing. First of all they sell cheap stuff with good advertisement. I realised later that I was able to get good quality products from local stores. Returning or exchange of any item is very difficult with Victorian plumbing. One of the items I have received with very poor packaging. When I returned the item they hold my refund for nearly a month because of the packaging issue. They were asking me to agree on 10% deduction in refund for packaging. But luckily, I have all the pictures when the item was received and then sent back. I received

Ordered a Thermostatic Bath/Shower mixer which I can’t fault. Looks good and works well (so far).
However, I also ordered a shower head which is faulty. I immediately informed Victorian Plumbing on 28 Dec 21 and responded to them with the requested video of the fault and almost two weeks later I am still waiting for the issue to be rectified. They’ve really let themselves down with the poor customer service response time. I even chased it up on 5 Jan 22 and had a fairly generic “looking into the problem and will get back to you” email on 8 Jan 22. Its not good enough really. The solution

Products not fit for purpose. Taps have rusted in less than a year. Response was poor. Apparently you can't use method bathroom cleaner (one of the most gentle products) on their taps. Not impressed by their response.

We had to delay installation of shower beyond 30 days after purchase due to covid within our household. We then discovered the shower we'd bought is unusual so wouldn't connect to the water pipe our plumber had installed on first fix and it couldn't then be amended as area had been tiled.
Unfortunately Victorian Plumbing's policy is no returns after 30 days. They have no telephone support so I've been unable to discuss with them and they take 1-2 weeks to reply to emails so this still hasn't been resolved.
So I'm left with an unused shower in perfect working order that seemingly I can't return

Very good service overall.
We had our bathroom remodelled and most items come from Victorian Plumbing. Great quality product, I advise to go for brands though (like Grohe)
We bought with them: taps, showers, bath screen, bathtub, bath panel, towel heater, wall mounted toilet & vanity unit.
The next day delivery service is very convenient and not expensive.
