Therefore, Richard decided to follow in the footsteps of his Grandad, who was the director of a large removal and haulage firm in Addlestone. These guys were simply brilliant and I cannot fault them.
I've already recommended to friends.
The entire staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful (to the point where they hoovered rooms I hadn't been able to when things ran late and I had to leave) and trust worthy. I can't rate them highly enough.

The entire process from booking to delivery was seamless despite us changing requirement (suddenly adding storage) and moving dates. The Move On Removals team has been a delight to work with from office staff to actual removal team. Going the extra mile on all levels. A first class service which I have now used several times and would gladly recommend to anyone.

These guys were fantastic. We had a really last minute move, exchanging the day before completion and were really stressed. Jo put us at ease and sorted us with 2 vehicles and 3 guys the day before we moved and they were rapid and professional as well as being friendly and trustworthy. I would totally recommend them.

From start to finish Move On were extremely hard working, helpful, considerate and took all the stress out of our move. Helen and Richard were really friendly and helpful when I first made a booking, their super positive attitude was one of the reasons why I chose them over the other companies I got quotes from, they couldn’t do enough to help. The team that came and moved us were absolutely brilliant and I was very impressed by their professionalism and amazing work ethic. The moving team were really friendly and pleasant and importantly we felt comfortable just leaving them in our home unattended

Fantastic experience. Every single person I dealt with throughout the entire process was genuine, professional, and lovely. I've never had a removals company take so much care over the job - they even have a cover for the front door to prevent any scratches or scrapes.
Highly recommend - I won't be using anyone else next time I move!
