Resident at Brunswick Count recently had works completed to their kitchen and bathroom - 'The workers were excellent, they worked very hard. I admire your qualities. My kitchen and bathroom look very nice. Thank you for everything.'. I just want to let you know the plumber Marcus Ward is so helpful and has really gone out of his way to sort out a major leak today.

The operative cannot do enough to help and I'm very grateful that he took the time to help us in an emergency. Really fantastic customer service. I am so happy about the works done in my property. I cannot thank Ulkina, Chris and the operatives enough about their ability to accommodate, their professionalism and I am so happy with my new kitchen, bathroom and WC.

I am very happy with works done. My bathroom looks very good ant the Breyer staff were very polite and made sure I was accommodated during these works. A resident from Coalport House, Lambeth, who recently had kitchen and bathroom works carried out at their property, completed a satisfaction survey saying - 100% improvement - couldn't wish for a better kitchen and bathroom.

Breyer Group was originally founded as an asphalt roofing contractor by Fred Breyer in 1956 and our construction company is still family owned today and is currently managed by Tim Breyer.
The champions of our customer care are our full-time resident liaison officers who make sure that our residents are happy, safe and secure. Each and every one of them is an advocate of Breyer Group's philosophy that you and your home deserve respect at all times. In the event that you are not happy with our service we have a strict set of procedures in place to make sure any issues you may have are dealt with promptly and courteously.
We view community investment as a positive means to improve some of the most challenging and disadvantaged communities which are affected by high levels of deprivation and anti-social behaviour. It is our intention to target those communities within the areas that we work in order to make a positive difference to peoples' lives.
Here you will find great examples of projects we have delivered through our responsive repairs contracts. They range from our core service to value adding programmes that help define us a repairs and maintenance contractor who is customer focused and intent on making a real difference through our investment in your community.
We have a team of 22 Resident Liaison Officers (RLOs) and 7 Resident Liaison Administrators, who are qualified in or working towards NVQ Level 3. Customer Service Managers (CSM) are qualified in Customer Care NVQ Level 3 and undertake Effective Management Courses. RLOs are chosen based on their personal skills and are managed by our experienced Customer Service Manager.

Appalling APPALLING...erected scaffolding outside the property. Left no contact details in case there were any issues, which there clearly were. They boxed in and rested a plank on my SkyDish. It was so obvious to anyone, there was going to be a problem with it.
The hardest people to contact, phone, emails...no response.
This was erected on the 1st December and my kids and I have had no tv signal since then.
I am promised they will get it looked at before xmas, but I find it doubtful.
Thank you very much for this disgusting service Breyer. My kids have you to thank for no tv since 1st December

I am very happy with the end result, in comparison to what my bathroom was like before my new one was great. They listened to what I wanted, moved a shower that was originally installed outside the bath (not by me) and not part of their job. Jade was very helpful, informed me daily of whom I was to expect and dealt with any issues I had.

Had a terrible experience with this company. A bathroom and kitchen refurbishment was promised within two weeks. I had endless broken appointments, I was left without a washing machine for 16 days and no boiler for 8 weeks. I had to continually chase them to turn up. Took 5 visits to fix a leak under the sink that they had caused. Took another 5 visits to reconnect the boiler because their electricians somehow disconnected it. When the bathroom and kitchen were eventually finished I was pleased with the end product but it was very stressful trying to get there. Towards the end of the 8 weeks the

New kitchen and bathroom refurb. Great guys who turned up time each day to work. The resident liaison officer jade lovely young lady who is absolutely brilliant at answering all of the questions nothing is too much trouble for her. Darren site manager very helpful and again nothing was too much to ask of him. Very good company polite helpful n the guys cleaned up at end of each day. Would recommend to friends n family

Rubbish service, poor delivery on all levels, customer service the worst !!! to repair our toilet which incidentally the plumber messed up causing the floor to be flooded, called emergency service who had to shut it down. for over a week we had to flush the loo, with a bucket of water, bathroom job took 3 months even then it was not good. dried plaster on the bath tub. this company used to be good. reading reviews from customers and contractors has only reinforced my perception of them.
