Being out of the country meant Steve really went out of his way to help me by doing a Showroom tour online and being immediately available (often in the evenings and weekends) to support me with questions, queries and changes to items. He is a true adviser and gives you his 20+ years of experience and has the patience needed to give you the time to make a decision on what can be a very hard purchase to make decisions on. Thanks to Rees and to Steve for the most wonderful experience.
