Northcott Building Contractors Ltd was established in 1990 by its owner Carl Northcott. It has grown over the past 3 decades; taking on more staff and larger and more complex projects. We are based in Seaton in Devon and many of our projects can be seen in the 30 mile Radius. We specialise in bespoke, one-off, new build and full renovation projects.
Our clients demand high quality finish and often require complex technical solutions to deliver ambitious designs. We have also completed numerous extensions and smaller renovations alongside small design and build commercial projects and school developments. Our experienced team comprises of Carpenters, masons, plasterers, ground workers and decorators; meaning we can control most trades in-house.
This is clear to see in the quality of our work. We have a well established supply chain in the local area; calling on different subcontractors, suppliers and builder's merchants for the many specialist installations and finishes required for our projects.
