Terrible service, faulty goods and always delaying delivery date! You think that you're getting a good deal, but in the end, you just get screwed by Luke.
Now the law is that anything you buy over the phone or online, you can start the return process within 14 days, and the SELLER has to refund you within 14 days, not with this company, they wrote me that they will need 90 days for refund (atleast if it goes to court, I will get interat on my money!).
Avoid at all cost!

I payed well over the odds for a second hand mezzanine structure that took several weeks to arrive. No fixings came with the structure, purlins bent and packed poorly on to a flat bed, chip board flooring was badly damaged and filthy. Legs covered in rust/ different thicknesses with old cladding attached. Very poor communication. I do not recommend this company.

Great work done by this company who installed a fantastic mezzanine in my production kitchen and a steel frame with cage & stainless steel splash back for my new restaurant
I would highly recommend them for their professionalism and dedication to make sure I was happy with the finished job.
The crew were punctual - friendly & clean
It's was a pleasure seeing experienced tradesmen taking pride in what they do
They even came up with and implemented ideas that made my initial plans even better which resulted in an improved finish

Met Luke on site after speaking on the phone as he advised me to come and check first I was happy with what he was selling me and how he was going to work the job. He gave me some options and nothing was a problem for him. Real helpful bloke with lots of useful advice. Once we done the deal Lukes team fitted the job with no problems. The floor areas look fantastic. I highly recommend this company.
