Terrible service!
Terms state that end of tenancy clean will guarantee full deposit back. This was not the case. Cleaners failed to clean the bathroom, freezer and light switches which ended up with fees to be removed from my deposit. When asked to to come back they refused, as well as no refund.
Would not recommend!!

I booked these guys for a fixed amount and when they came for cleaning they bargained for more amount and we had to give more money as we didn't had any option. When i checked the property after cleaning i could see that they had damaged my worktop by scratch-marks on my laminated wooden top and when raised complaint they said it wasn't there fault it was the wood polish given by us which made the problem,i don't understand how polish can cause scratch marks. my agency gave report only after 2 weeks saying that the property needs professional cleaning as they can't see that its been professionally
