My 90 year old father thought he required a new water heater but really only needed a new heating element. This exploitative company installed a new water heater where they had removed the covering heating insulation, installed a heating timer that did not work, plastic pipes attached to a hot water pipe and dangerous electrics. All confirmed by another company that had to remove the water heater, rewire and sort out the pipework, Waste your money, do not expect a response with your concerns. Images available on request. Conan was great, our tenant was smelling intermittent sewage smells which of course we had to investigate, but being on a Scottish stair of 12 flats with a shared sewage stack that's no easy task! Conan was so helpful in directing us on what was needed, and making himself available on whatever day we managed to get access from all units. On the day he managed to investigate without causing any damage, and when there was no obvious sign of where it was coming from he decided to take a different track, vs. charging us for a day's work by putting a camera down when he didn't deem it necessary. So

After contacting a couple of other Drain Unblocking companies, including a well know company, they couldn’t fix the issue or had us wait until Monday.
At 3 am on Saturday morning we found water coming through the ceiling. I contacted Conan, he came out immediately and unblocked the drain.
Great professional and friendly service, highly recommended.
