I chose Graline to complete a remodelling of the back of my house - kitchen, toilet and first floor bathroom. I was impressed by the quality of their proposal and promptness of response. The team are professional and hard working and nice to have around which is important in a long build project. Kathryn is a super efficient administrator and she has done the drawings for Phase 2 of the work which involved many meetings with the City Council’s Planning Department to get Planning Permission. We are very satisfied with the standard of service and workmanship from Graline. They took care of everything from planning aplication through to construction and competion of our dormer, compete bathroom refurbishment and refiguring of downstairs space. The whole team worked to a high standard and always left things clean and tidy at the end of the day. We would have no hesitation in using this Company again.

I can honestly say that this is the finest company with which I have done business. Their standards are extremely high and all work is done in-house by fully qualified individuals, all of whom are polite and work quietly and efficiently. Their prices are reasonable bearing in mind the high standards that are maintained. I have had a complete new bathroom extension which is superb and features on their website. A Cotswold stone wall was built at the front of the house and I have lost count of the number of passers-by who have remarked on its excellent construction.

I have used Graline twice when having my home refurbished. I have found them to be excellent in all aspects and would trust them to carry out thorough and quality work. I am aware that you would find builders cheaper than them but their quality of work results in money well spent. We have not had an issue with any of showers, baths, kitchen walls, anything, even 18 years after it was fitted and completed.

We had Graline in to transform our old kitchen.This was not a simple task as a load bearing wall and a chimney breast had to be removed and steels inserted . Communication was excellent from start to finish regarding every process involved to every pound spent. A great bunch of lads with a broad skill base and a depth of knowledge in traditional and modern building and installation methods. Very tidy and totally trustworthy, we are extremely happy with the standard of workmanship.
