Cannot fault this guy. He arrived bang on time and removed an elderberry bush that was growing out of my roof with a minimum of fuss. Really impressed with Michael and his workers. Rectified a bad job done by someone else. Showed us all work done which was to a very high standard and explained all work that needed doing.

Burnt my house down by using a blow torch when they were uninsured for hot works. Then tried to deny it when the fire investigation officer demanded they return to my house to explain what they'd done. Never paid for the damage they caused (£280,000 for a rebuild) and my insurance company were unable to put an order on their house as it's a council property. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They burnt my house down, causing us to lose absolutely everything and got away with it scot free!
