3 bedrooms, hall & stairway all stripped of old carpet as agreed with their surveyor ( very helpful guy). Graham the fitter arrived midday Friday. Stayed less than a minute and stormed out saying 'cancelled, contact office'. Major disruption over weekend until 2 fitters came Monday to rescue the job. No follow up contact from CB. Won't be rushing to use again.

WOW what a choice of carpets, beds and vinyl. Great range of prices and sizes. Remainders of vinyl and carpets too. Mostly well set out and lots of staff to help if needed. It's is in an out of town industrial estate with plenty of parking and toilets. Great place to search of you are not sure what you want. They leave you to it unless you request help. Sadly I could not find what I wanted but that was no reflection on site really just me!

Trying to find a carpet can be a mission as there are so many carpet shops and so many colours and types of carpets to choose from. However, we chosse here because the range is so good you don't need to go anywhere else. Help is on hand if you need it otherwise just browse through the variety of carpets on offer. Purchasing was easy and someone comes round to measure up. Fitting was equally as pain-free and quite frankly that's how I want it to be. Good quality carpets at reasonbable prices and no hard-sell tactics and no unknowledgeable salespersons. All in all a pleasurable experience
