I called Mr Henderson because my elderly mother's toilet was blocked - he told us he couldn't come out there and then but gave us free advice and information on how to cure the problem ourselves. It worked! - and we are eternally grateful. It's nice to know that there are still honest, helpful tradesmen out there.

Fred and David fitted a toilet and small basin in our downstairs cloakroom and a toilet, sink unit and a walk in shower into our upstairs bathroom. The shower replaced a bath which was also removed. Fred advised us (well my wife Jean anyway!) on what main items to buy and these have just been installed in less than 5 days total work, after much hard work by Fred and David, which is excellent.

Everything is absolutely spot on and I cannot praise their workmanship highly enough. Both the plumbed items and the shower/ tiling finish are of high quality. I've previously used Fred for my son's house (bathroom and central heating) and so has my sister-in-law (boiler and bathroom) and I'd recommend him for any job, big or small.
