Had our windows and door fitted today by Tony, Kevin and Mitch. Great guys, really knowledgeable and helpful and super quick! Would just advise people to be prepared for a wait for the arrival of the windows due to delays (covid and Brexit) - we will be keeping that in mind when we contact A&A to replace the other windows in the house.

Absolutely shocked by the attitude and behaviour of this company. Ruined my house with an appalling install certainly not made to measure or what we was promised. Then Aaron Jenkins attends my house and threatens my husband before scurrying off before the police arrive. Legal action will follow. Anyone has any reservations based in Harlow come and see the shambles of an install AA windows say is acceptable

Quality of products good. My complaint is that we purchased items over 3 years ago, a couple of glass panes have been damaged by stones and we need replacements. Have telephoned several times, no one gets back to us and they really are not interested. So beware if you need any kind of
replacements, obviously not lucrative enough business for them!!
