Great survey promised they earth.
3 months later work still not completed no manager call backs waiting 2 weeks. Poor organisation sending trades people to the property with no materials.
I have a young baby and are house is cold due to no internal doors including the one to the garage and an unsafe kitchen.
Still awaiting a timeframe for work to be completed unable to give us this

Totally disorganised. The tradesmen themselves are competent, but are let down by hopeless supporting administration. We had chippys turn up to find doors had not been ordered, only 50% of the necessary flooring was on site. The decorator had to leave the job to get paint, and there were constant delays due to a lack of forward planning. Every… one of the tradespeople who came to us complained that this kind of thing is absolutely routine.
Debbie in the office is absolutely impervious to any kind of complaint. Thier surveyor came out nearly five weeks ago to go through our snagging list

My first experience for insurance repairs.The tradesmen they sent covered plumbing,electrical,tilers , bathroom fitters,decorators and carpenter,all of whom were very professional and exhibited first class customer care and quality of workmanship far in excess of what I thought reasonable to expect.All in all,a company I dont hesitate to recommend for any and all repairs or construction jobs.

I would just like to say Simon and his team were very professional from the start . I have had a brand new bathroom fitted out and Sean and Jules who carried out the work have done an amazing job . DNH are a credit to themselves especially in this Covid period their guys turned up with all PPE it was a complete joy to have these guys in my home Thank you Simon DNH and especially Sean and Jules for completing this job first class service 👍Best Wishes John and Bev

We were very grateful for DNH construction for the building work and fitting of our kitchen and bathroom. Simon stepped in to help us out after we were left stranded by another builder due to covid. Simon was always contactable and incredibly helpful throughout the project. We were never on site during the day due to work commitments, but DNH were… dedicated and adaptable to any changes that needed to be made. We now have a fabulous kitchen and bathroom. Very professional, reliable, and good quality service from start to finish. We used them for extensive internal remodelling of our home, and would happily use them again.

Avoid, Only used these as insurance classed them as trusted traders, what a joke,
Turned up late or not at all, left early, caused damage internally but left without mentioning it, sent wrong wallpaper and not enough of it for the job, again no mention of this,
Total shambles outfit,
Surveyor said roof looked watertight had he looked in the loft, there were two holes where water had come in,,
Thankfully now sorted by our local builders, I would not give DNH 1 star

They were easy to work with on my home improvements and were very reliable on starting and finishing on time. I found their tradesmen were very knowledgable and showed their experience by finishing to a really high standard.

I have used DNH a couple of times now, the last time an emergency plumbing leak which they dealt with very quickly. Would highly recommend, very professional and excellent quality work.

Totally unreliable. Avoid at all cost. Worst company I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. 1 star is 1 too many.
