We take on all types of new builds from dormer bungalows to large five-bedroom houses both contemporary and traditional designs. Having extensive experience in constructing new builds in the Hull & East Riding area it is a real passion for our team, applying modern building techniques and methods we can project management the entire build process in a seamless manner.
Mr & Mrs T instructed Core to create open plan living at the rear of their property so they can enjoy their beautiful garden. Whilst opening up the space we also created a utility room, reconfigured the upstairs family bathroom and removed over 120 tonnes of spoil from the front garden to increase the off-street parking.
Mrs R was due to give birth to their second child in April so another tight deadline to allow the family to be settled back into their home for the new arrival. The project included a large single storey extension and structural alterations to open up the rear of the house to form a new kitchen and living area which has been finished to a high-quality standard.
Taking out the ground floor joists and re-laying a subfloor, insulation and a fibre screed which encased a piped underfloor heating system. Form a new gable end and pitched roof at the front of the property to enhance the appearance from the roadside.
