Hatch were great to deal with when I was furnishing my property. I had a really quick turn around to get the furniture in on time for my tenant and they were really helpful and efficient, making sure that everything was delivered on time.
Both myself and my tenant are really happy with the furniture that we received from Hatch – I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I wish there is zero star rating here! Chose furniture from this 'designer' company because they look better than the IKEA ones. But BE CAREFUL, their furniture in pictures looks much better and different than the reality. The quality of the actual items I received are POOR, some are even broken! What I got are not what i was shown by the sales. Installation guys also made damage to my flat! And EVEN WORSE, I paid a premium price for the 'designer' package and end up getting a second hand IKEA item delivered by Hatch! Ridiculous!

I used Hatch Interior for my flat in London. I have to say it looks lovely! The price of their furnitures are very reasonable with good quality. It really saved me a lot of time and money. My flat was rented out quickly after the installation of furnitures. Their staffs are easy to communicate and efficient too. It really was a nice experience for me! I would use Hatch again in the future.

From the point of dealing with their un-helpful office staff to the point of furniture delivery and installation when they managed to drill holes in my walls in the wrong places and leave chips and scratches everywhere (and i mean everywhere!), i was shocked by the way this company operates, especially for the prices they charge. Too many good companies out there to risk your hard earned money with these guys although quality of furniture is decent. However, staff are a terrible let-down.
