This company was recommended to me and came out to quote for a retiling job. The guy suggested that our chimney breast was in an unstable condition and would also require work. He was unwilling to give an estimate in person which is understandable but he mentioned it would be significant . A couple of days later I received a quote for the tiling but it did not include a quote for the chimney work. I replied asking for a quote for both jobs and received a call back where in a round about way he said he would not be interested in doing the chimney job..despite their website mentioning that they carry

Very disappointed with my experience of this company. someone called out and did a site visit, discussed the work required and said quote would be submitted. I have called the company at least 4 times chasing the quotation and am repeatedly promised someone will get back to me but as yet still waiting for any response. I would rather they were honest with potential clients and just say they don’t want the work.

Initially a quick and efficient response, with Furber's visiting my property the following day after I called to request a quote for a leaking roof. Quote and start date for work needed was emailed to me the next day. Poor service thereafter... Did not turn up when they said they would. Did not return my 6 phone calls over 4 weeks to clarify what was happening. I am really disappointed as I had read such good things about Furber Roofing and would have liked them to have done the work, but unfortunately have had to go elsewhere.

Great company to deal with,Joe came out and measured up to replace leaky garage roof he said he will give prices for a Felt or Rubber covering. Next morning I received a full professional quotation. The installation lads came early to-day and did a very tidy job worked so hard and did not stop for a break, took all the old roof away and swept up as well. iI would not hesitate to recommend this company.
