My experience buying from Cult:
Order 6 chairs, receive 6 chairs but 2 arrive broken. Ask for those two to be replaced. Receive the replacements but they don't have screws in the box, talk to Cult and they say they are out the screws but they will send two new chairs. Receive the new chairs and they are the wrong ones. And they now tell me our chairs are out stock. Now we are stuck.
Received 10 chairs, have 4 of the right ones.
Customer service were not helpful even though they tried. It's not that difficult to send the right chairs out.

I am so glad I have discovered this company! The customer service team are so helpful and I am delighted with my purchases. In particular this desk chair was an excellent price and looks very sophisticated as well as being incredibly comfortable.

Josh was so incredibly helpful when after 11 months my chair started to come apart. He arranged an exchange very quickly and the new chair arrived yesterday! Couldn’t fault the service! Thanks again! I will be back to buy more items from Cult Furniture!

Good products at very reasonable prices. Ordered 2 items, item 1 delivered within 48 hours, item 2 took a little longer (from another warehouse). Customer service excellent, delivery query answered immediately and follow up to confirm delivery. Very pleased with the whole experience, highly recommended.

Stumbled across their 'Seconds' section and was sure there must be a catch. Ordered four dining chairs (that were still at full price in their main website) and purchased for almost half the price. No idea why they were in the Outlet, they arrived within 7 days and all were still new with tags and I love them. Definitely recommend.

Ordered a table 10 days ago. Given a delivery slot and issues with address meant it was due to be delivered the next day to the correct address. No contact with CULT once they have your funds. Arranged the delivery 3 times now to no avail now the table is missing. No response from emails and calls take 15 minutes to answer to where the different sales assistants tell you different things.

Very bad experience with Cult Furniture!
Not functional Item and no refund! Bordering on fraud.
We ordered the DSR Glass Dining Table.
It arrived with the glass top shattered into pieces.
We requested a non-broken replacement from customer service.
No one came for over a month to pick up the pieces to be sent back.
They did send a second table which arrived undamaged, but turned out not to be functional. The legs quite literally did not attach to the top, and when we called them, it turned out they had been selling this non-working item to other customers as we were not the first complaint

My experience with Cult Furniture was great !!!
Stools arrived on time and were really easy to assemble. A few screws under the seat and legs and we were ready to go.
Customer service had always a quick and efficient response.
The only issue I had was later on with the rubber under the feet, which produced some black stripes on my floor. I simply solved applying some thick protection pads ;-)
Definitely will buy more Nova Chairs for my dining table :-)))

I ordered three tolix chairs with wood seats, and am impressed with the high quality. The delivery was good too - it came very well packaged to prevent any damage or scratches. If you're on a budget, keep a lookout for their frequent clearance and sales. I was happy with the quality even paying full price, so if there is a piece that catches your eye in the sale/clearance at a good discount, then it could well be a bargain.

Customer service is good too - it is easy to get through to someone via phone or email. In my case, I had a minor issue with one of the wood seats on my chair. It was

Good products. But you have to navigate the poor internal bureaucracy, lack of systems training, rude customer services, lack of communication, order delays and general chaos typical of a company run by inexperienced yet self-assured millenials and the uninitiated. Good luck. That's ALL that will keep this company going.
