Door handles are for 44mm doors, this was not clear on the website (if indeed it was advertised at all). Asked if rods could be trimmed down or shorter ones sent, and was told somewhat impolitely to do it myself. I only have a hacksaw for the job, so something I'm sure their suppliers could do with ease, which I'd have been happy to pay a little extra for, took me a number of hours. I'd recommend saving yourself the bother and using a company with slightly better customer service. I also left this review on trust pilot, and the Door Handle Company deleted the review, which for me begs the question

Ordered 15 pairs of door handles without reading these reviews, so was very concerned after seeing them.
However, I ordered them late Tuesday Afternoon and all 15 handles had arrived by Friday, no mistakes with my order and very happy with the quality of them, so would certainly use again and from my experience I would recommend them.

Shocking service. Requested that my order be cancelled due to stock delays (they don't actually have anything in stock). False promises made for when I would receive the delivery. Final request to cancel was answered by "its too late the order has already gone". Web chat staff were sarcastic and unhelpful. When I received my initial refund this was £11 less than what I paid, had to speak to them again to find out why the refund was less. No apology, just that they will get it done now. Avoid this company. Wish I had read the reviews on Google before placing my order.

Had to chase my order as I hadn’t had any update since I placed it. The lady on live chat was very helpful said there was 1 set of handles short so would post everything else and the other would follow.
It literally came the day after the first package was delivered.
Didn’t get any updates from the courier around delivery dates and times which is poor considering the cost of postage.
As for the products they seem decent enough. The rose gold is more gold than rose if I’m honest.
