So I’ve paid around £500 to get some cctv cameras fitted, waited a few months and cameras still hadn’t been fitted as they couldn’t get anyone to instal the cameras which I completely understand, however put in for a refund about a month ago and then was told someone could fit the cameras which I didn’t want to go ahead with anymore. I still haven’t had my refund, keep ringing and messaging them but feel as though I am getting palmed of now as I keep getting told “14 days” but a month as gone by and still no refund! Staff are very nice to talk to but I just feel like nobody understands
