PLEASE BE CAREFUL!!! we paid such a high amount for a well advertised “luxury” carpet and within the first month, the carpet had matted and it looks like we have had it for over a decade. the customer service was appalling and we are very displeased with how the shop handled our problem. we complained to the shop owner for him only offer us a full carpet steam wash however we refused as we had spent a lot of money on the carpet (£3300 for the full house) + fitting. he then filled out a complaint form to the manufacturer for them to send an inspector, this resulted into them also refusing to
