We have been operating in the West Midlands area for over 15 years and carry out general building works to the highest standards. Following Jake's message in response to this feedback, a third party inspection has confirmed his poor work caused the damage to my property and the doctors surgery he did the work for have asked him to take some responsibility for the issues caused. Jake's refused and the doctors now have to use vital monies needed to fight this pandemic to either pay for repairs, pay lawyers to fight him, or I pay myself.

We were really impressed with Jake. He was friendly, helpful and did a great job. We had a tricky problem to fix which he researched for us and he checked in to make sure everything was as we expected as he went along. All jobs completed well and the place was left clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend.
