I used 4 Front Furniture to furnish 3 bedrooms at one of my rental properties, as i was recommended to do so by a family friend. I have placed a few orders in the past and have never been treated right. There is no communication between the company and customers and you have to keep chasing them to know what is going on with the order. The delivery drivers hardly speak English and are very careless when delivering items. It is more a chore than a job for them which is not how it should be!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Worst service ever and rude boss called Terry. He needs to be trained in customer service skills and needs to learn on how to talk to people overall.
We were promised a price at the shop three times the same price and the lady told us to come on Tuesday to order the bed. However, Terry said its not possible to sell at that price and that this is his staff fault for promising this price to me!
At least could have apologised which he didn't and talk to me rudely. In the end it's not customers mistake for him messing up his business Price and policies.
I relied on their bed to order at that price

Terrible customer service, especially from the manager Terry, who doesn't bother to return calls or deliver when he says he's going to deliver. Constantly had to phone and chase for an update on a TV unit, where he provided numerous excuses for not delivering. Terry the manager then tried to sell me an ex-display unit for a £30 pound reduction off of the retail price for a brand new unit, insulting!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP, unless you have time to constantly call and chase delivery of your goods and stay at home waiting for a delivery, which never seems to arrive.
