This converted Royal Artillery hall became four modern apartments in St. Thomas, Exeter. An early 1900s building, The Loft Club, once hosted artillery regiments across from the Old County Ground site. Our client purchased the derelict building and bought it back to life as four apartments. Our role was to complete the installation of 4 new electrical systems, with a brief which looked towards a modern and bright interior.
