Unprofessional, demolishing a property with no proper safety equipment, no signage, blocking roads and leave the pavements and road strewn with debris.
Failed to disconnect a gas mains through the proper channels and have put the lives of residents at huge risk. We have had to call services and emergency services to deal with their shambolic methods.
Awful experience so far and given they've paid almost £800k for the land they're trying to construct flats in an area where a 3 bed mid terrace sells for 400k....clearly unaware of the local area.
If they end up in your area building be warned

We don’t normally do reviews however after the experience we had with Westway Construction / Ranjot and his team we felt it was essential we provided our feedback for our building project. Via a simple recommendation from some friends we were encouraged to get quote for a large project consisting of an full width kitchen , dining extension, re-wiring and re-plastering work taken back to brick. Halfway they advised they build an en-suite from the master bedroom and also create an additional separate family bathroom from the existing (imagine a large bathroom divided in half) to our delight. I found Ranjot to be straightforward and honourable in his dealings with us.
