Gavin was extremely knowledgeable and profesional with our ev charger installation, which he fitted in at short notice. He explained all requirements clearly and kept us updated prior to the install, responding to emails at all hours. On the day he actually arrived a bit earlier than expected. The install was quick and and everything worked first time. He took the time to explain how everything works. We even had all the paperwork and certificates sent over the same evening. Very satisfied, would highly recommend.

Gavin came highly recommended. First impressions were great. Quick to respond, friendly and professional and able to squeeze us in a few days later. Then it all went, deeply deeply pear-shaped. Gavin didn't show, and he didn't contact me to say he wasn't going to make it. When I prodded him, he promised to reschedule. He didn't. I had to prod him again, at which point he (eventually) basically said "look, I'm really busy, you'll have to wait another week now. Sorry, not sorry".

I can't recommend Sulis Electrical highly enough. I asked Gavin to fit an EV charger that I'd purchased independently, but turned out to be faulty. Despite not being his problem in any way, he spent several hours working with the supplier on my behalf trying to resolve the issue, and eventually helped me source a replacement.
Gavin turned up on time, was very helpful in offering advice and suggestions and communicated brilliantly. The job was completed to a very high standard, for less than he'd quoted me, and he left the site immaculate after every visit.
