Really dissapointed with this outfit as they were recommended they were quick to come out and measure up but still waiting to be fitted 4 weeks on was initially told it had been ordered and coming on a certain date then was told with apologies that they had lost the order came to re measure and then promised a date to be fitted now the excuse is not the right size thats been cut really cant say we would use them again going forward

Very friendly and an absolute bargain purchase. When I explained I wanted something cheap and cheerful, the very kind gentleman climbed through a mountain of carpets to find the exact piece which both fitted my hallway and was a bargain at just £5. Will definitely return and highly recommend both for quality of product and excellent service

Sent message via website, no answer. Called and arranged a visit to price up job. Guy never arrived, despite me texting him twice and calling him - left a voicemail message. No call back since, nothing. With this level of customer service, i'm glad we didn't use them.
