Total Flooring Hull Ltd is a family business owned and run by Neil Polson and his wife Carol. As a small independent business we feel we have an edge over many of our competitors in that every job gets a very personal service. We were blamed for preparation of floor, despite a site visit (with floor exposed) being undertaken by Total Flooring beforehand. A string of excuses as to why the job couldn’t be completed on time and flooring not even fitted in the end. Alternative supplier had to step in. I was told to not approach Total Flooring about any future business. Appalling customer service.

Total Flooring (Hull) laid Kardean parquet to the floor of our large through lounge diner - one of the last jobs in a major refurbishment to this house. The work was done with consumate skill and expertise.Of all the work we contracted out it is the job we are most pleased with - not simply because of the finished result, but the professional close attention we recieved throughout to obtain what we wanted.
