Aluminium door and fanlight. Delivered on time and a lovely product. Rhino Aluminium have been very good and their product is well priced and well engineered.

This was the 2nd time I've used this company. First on a set of standard bi-folds, but this time round on a more complex c-shaped glass wall with 3 monster sliding doors.
The Rhino team were very responsive in answering any questions we had and provided clear drawings so we were confident on what we were getting.
The manufacturing and delivery timeframe was c.6 weeks, and they were bang on with this - I'll just say here that this was much shorter timeframe than other quotes we received.

Before reading my review which is not very complimentarynote that the owners response below is completely untrue, says alot for their integrity, it might be worth looking at the businesses responses to other customers who have had issues. Responses by the owner are unprofessional and rely on personal attacks with replies to one calling the customer “pathetic”. Bought our windows and doors 3 years ago for our self build. Great triple glazed windows and sliding doors, good value. But normal glazed doors are impossible to fit with the hinges that aren’t adjustable. Can’t adjust them at all and with a triple glazed unit in they leak air badly. We were referred to their recommended fitters ! Having been in… the building trade and fitted double glazing for over 30 years we do know how to fit doors! I hope they have revised their design now. Sitting here with the wind howling through them I thought I’d leave a review.

Good quality product, excellent communications. Only downside is that the courier they used was not as reliable and lost track of my delivery for a while, but the Rhino team was very active in trying to help get the delivery back on track.

We ordered bi-fold doors with integral blinds and a window for our kitchen extension guided by Shanade in relation to the colour of the integral blinds. They look absolutely stunning and are of a great quality. To date we have requested some replacement parts which have been sent promptly and without hesitation by Paul. I cannot fault the after sales service to date and I hope that continues to the very end of and beyond my warranty. Keep it up Rhino!

Excellent service from the guys/girls at Rhino. Great quality bifolds and a more than reasonable price tag compared to others. Impeccable after sales too. Definitely recommend the company and their products.

Rhino supplied me with a 6m - 3 panel infinium slider. Other companies were looking at a 10 week order period, however Rhino managed to have it on site within 6 weeks of the initial order.
From first contact the order was placed very quickly and they updated me at each step of the manufacturing process.
Very pleased with the doors they are manufactured to a very high standard.

I cannot fault the service provided by Rhino Aluminium. Staff were great throughout the ordering and manufacturing process.
The product we received was high quality and has totally transformed our home. We are so pleased with the end result!

So the order process was tricky, firstly a measurement service is not offered, you have to use a third party fitter. They do recommend others (sister company P&P) The nature of this is disjointed and messy. The admin team are in the dark ages with sending quotes, forms and contracts - should send in one shot, rather than back and forth with people on holiday not covered properly and so forth! took almost 4 weeks to get the order in. Delivery date not confirmed, as waited on "processing" and then I only heard the date when

From start to finish, the customer service and help was exceptional. I'm not a builder or an installer... I just wanted to improve my home! They were extremely patient with me being in the unknown of what even a seal was! Was even given recommended installers in my area who again were very helpful. Would 100% recommend them, quality and professionalism was brilliant!

First year we can actually enjoy our garden now the building work has stopped. Can’t recommend rhino enough perfect design and perfect fit great quality and fantastic price

We bought a Rhino folding door and some windows after a recommendation from a neighbor. They are really good quality and much more competitive in price than other manufacturers.

We ordered and had delivered our 4 panel bifold doors. The whole process was seamless, very professional and I would highly recommend rhino. The doors look amazing and very expensive but at a very reasonable price. Thank you

Paul and his team are a great bunch, very helpful with their advice. We've just had a 5 panel bifold door, full glass panel back door, and window fitted. We're due to have 3 roof lights delivered and fitted. The quality of their frames, glass and locking mechanisms are second to none.
