Lyn Hawes is one of the few people in the country with a degree in Kitchen & Bathroom Design from the University of Hull. Lyn Hawes Designs was established to offer clients a high class personal service, with unlimited choice, to fulfil every requirement and following many word of mouth recommendations we soon developed to supply and fit kitchens around Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire, Warwickshire and Berkshire.

Semi bespoke using made to measure doors, including sloping doors, to make best use of awkward areas. A detailed quote will be prepared and once again amended until you are happy with the budget. The very latest 3D CAD and quoting software are used to ensure accuracy, and allow a very real visual representation. This enables you to get a real feel for the design in your home before you proceed with the purchase.
Using traditional methods, whilst employing the latest quality materials available, the highly skilled team of cabinet makers work from carefully prepared worksheets to produce each piece individually by hand which when combined together result in a kitchen of outstanding quality and durability unique to the customers requirements.

I rang Lyn to arrange a consultation with her we sorted out a date and time and that was all booked in , so me and my girlfriend both booked time off work to be here to discuss things with lyn together
So the day came and and so did the time and then the time passed , so after an hour and no contact from lyn about why she is running late or can't make the appointment, so I rang 4 times and left an answerphone message to get back to me . That was 2 days ago now .
Very rude and unprofessional to say the least . I will not be pursuing anything further as regards to her designing me a kitchen . So

The experience we had from start to finish was exceptional from Lyn and her team. Lyn produced a lovely design and kept us up to date the whole time of when the kitchen would be delivered and installed. The fitters were polite and professional and did a marvellous job. I would highly recommend as our kitchen was transformed within weeks and we were thrilled with the finished result.

Have you got an old fashioned small kitchen and dingy dining room ? That's exactly what I had . One call to Lyn ...a couple of meetings to consolidate a few ideas for her to prepare a new design ...call in Pete her husband to remove the joining wall converting the 2 rooms into one ...and then hey presto within a short time Lyn and her contractors had fitted a beautiful new kitchen diner . If you are looking for a quality new kitchen and appreciate good old fashioned values with a "can do " attitude then I highly recommend you give Lyn a call !

After going to several builders for quotes nothing ever happened.
I was going to forget having the work done, but i thought i would have a last try on the internet , and one of Lyns fitters came back straight away,
and came to see me the following. He understood what i wanted done and
told me lyns husband was a excellent builder, on meeting Pete , given a very good quote he started work very soon after. Pete is an excellent , fast
worker. Soon after Lyn drew plans for my new kitchen her great ideas, and listening to my needs ,i have now got a super kitchen better than i
could thought possible

Working with Lyn to design and choose our kitchen was effortless. Lyn was professional, friendly, helpful and highly efficient throughout. She contributed excellent ideas to our initial design. She provided a wide range of kitchens, worktops and appliances for us to choose from, organising a trip to our favoured door manufacturer to make final colour choices. She was infinitely patient with our changes of mind! Lyn dealt entirely with ordering and delivery of the chosen kitchen, worktops and appliances, and she also dealt with any manufacturer or installer issues that came up during the installation

So glad I decided to use Lyn Hawes Designs for my new kitchen. I had found that other local showrooms couldn’t accommodate all of my requirements but Lyn could offer so much choice. She had so many original ideas, which entailed having some cabinets made as a special size, but this was no problem, and when it all arrived – on time, and complete, I was very happy with the quality. It was also so nice to have one point of contact for all of my queries, and nothing was too much trouble. We chose Lynn Hawes Designs for our new kitchen because we had seen good reviews and knew she had been trading for several years. We have been delighted with the whole process and especially with her co-ordinating the fitter, electrician, plasterer and the tiling. All went smoothly and the workmen were polite, friendly and kept the mess and inconvience to a minimum.

After sitting through 2hours of planning with one well known kitchen out let and a site visit by another, I had no confidence in either. There prices were vague and left plenty of room to charge me for extras. Lyn visited us and was highly professional. I had a definate idea of what I wanted and Lyn delivered a great design plus a quality product . A great kitchen will not be a great kitchen if it not fitted probably.Lyns fitter and electrician were highly skilled, very neat , very clean . I thought going through an independent kitchen designer would be expensive compared to hight street names

Excellent Service - Lyn really took on board what I liked and came up with a great practical and also beautiful design. I was probably not the easiest customer with lots of changes along the way, but Lyn really helped us with every obstacle we came across. The kitchen fitters she uses are also brilliant. When the floor is down and the decorating is done I will share some pictures. We love it!
