Jay from Dream Kitchens spent a long time with us discussing our requirements and suggesting ideas we hadn't considered. He produced a design that met all of our requirements and more.
Spencer and Tom who fitted the kitchen were very professional and friendly and in particular tidied up every evening. Spencer also kept loss of utilities to a minimum so that we were able to use our cooker, washing machine and fridge/freezer much more than we were expecting.
The new kitchen layout has transformed the room; it feels far more spacious and is a delight to both cook and eat in. We would not hesitate

Jay & Kay helped with the design of our new bedroom layout and office/study and were full of suggestions regarding the multitude of product options, maximising space etc. Fitting was completed on-site with various problems to be overcome. The quality of the products provided was second to none and the service from the company and fitting could not have been more professional; attention to detail was highly impressive.

Good planning process with plenty of ideas to consider. Final design met all our requirements. Delivery of materials was a bit haphazard and often without notification to customer. As we were in throughout not… serious for us but if customer not on site could be an issue. Installation team engaged fully with customer and adjustments to design accommodated wherever possible. Very pleased with final product and would certainly recommend Dream Kitchens.

Would not recommend- made an apt to see a specific worktop, arrived at apt and the manager denied speaking to me on the phone to make the apt and told me I hadn’t sent any photos which I was not made aware of. To make matters worse the worktop I wanted to see was no longer in the showroom! Poor communication, lack of customer service. Has totally put me off considering this company for my new kitchen. Shame as I always try to support local businesses

Jay and his team have been brilliant from start to finish. The bedroom furniture order was delivered on time and installed by an excellent carpenter. The quality of the finished wardrobes and internals are superb and the additional chest of drawers are all perfectly scribed into the existing skirting for a great finish. We are thrilled and highly recommend Dream Kitchens & Bedrooms for a great product at a competitive price!

We had a Rotpunkt kitchen with Bosch appliances installed in our kitchen and utility in June/July 2020 by Dream Kitchens & Bedrooms. The handleless design works beautifully and the kitchen has many innovative features that maximise the storage space. The units are all superbly made. We are very happy with the service received from Dream Kitchens & Bedrooms and with the end result.

We used Dream Kitchens & Bedrooms because they were capable of taking on a difficult and unusually shaped bedroom in a quirky old house. It certainly presented Jay with a challenge. We are delighted with the finished product, with a range of quality fitted wardrobes on both sides of our bedroom. Jay’s attention to detail and willingness to work with us to answer difficult issues was admirable and we would not hesitate to recommend Jay and his team to anyone.

We are delighted with our new kitchen from Dream Kitchens. We went to 2 companies for designs and quotes and found that Dream Kitchens gave us the design that met all of our requirements.
When we met with Jay he listened to us, offering suggestions and discussing the layout, cupboards, work surfaces etc until we were happy with every detail. Jay works hard on the details, giving plenty of time for discussions ensuring he is providing the best service he can and the kitchen that we wanted.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Excuse after excuse and refused to rectify faults saying I would have to pay for site visit to review. Said it was because our house was old! Tried to make a standard product fit when it should have been bespoke. Give me another Company any day. Thought I would support local business but totally regret my decision. Absolutely not worth what I paid and will definitely never ever recommend to anyone.

This is my third attempt to post a review, so it will be abbreviated. Helpful and friendly company that has installed an excellent set of fitted wardrobes into an awkward and odd shaped bedroom. Very good… value, well designed, and Jay worked hard to ensure we got the bedroom we wanted. Thanks to all concerned, from design to fitting.
