Had the unfortunate experience of buying a property which I was led to believe was being built through Clinton and Fitz Architect and marketed by Gavin from Urban Base. See my "positive review" about Gavin on the Urban Base website. Architecturally and location were spot on but thats where it ended. Found out halfway through the long drawn out process of trying to complete on the property that Clinton was actually a director of another company that had gone bust who had started the development but neither Gavin of Clinton informed us. Gavin kept assuring us when we had concerns about lack of progress

I was recommended Craig by personal recommendation, was not disappointed. Craig and Aaron went the extra mile, even though they were designing a simple kitchen extension. The detail provided was immense, and the meetings to discuss were informative, in a language we could easily understand. He has a knowledge of the local system and people, which is extremely helpful. If you are considering an extension or a new build in this region, you should consider commissioning Fitz Architects.
