We had our Windows installed in 2017 by Test Valley. Since then we have been very pleased with the quality of the windows and their performance in terms of keeping the heat in and sound deadening from the road in front of the house. Recently we had a problem with one of the window handles. We contacted Test Valley and they promptly sent out their engineer who replaced the part under warranty. Excellent service. Would highly recommend.

I have found all the staff to be professional and friendly. From Nigel in sales, Jodie and Shirley in customer services and Steve who installed our French doors. The quote was less than we predicted (which was a bonus) and so far the quality of the doors and installation seem to be top notch and I don't predict we will have any concerns. Even if we did, I'm certain Jodie and Shirley would help. Highly recommend Test Valley and plan on using them to build our extension (as soon as we save up) 😁

We asked Test Valley Windows to construct a glass link with external access door between our old listed cottage and a new kitchen extension. It was a tricky job as the old house did not have single straight edge! Malcolm and the team were fantastic. Polite, punctual and extremely exacting in getting every tiny detail done to perfection. This was not easy, but they made seem like it. After sales service also extremely quick and efficient, with never a question about sorting any issues. Highly recommended.

Fitted windows in wrong rooms. School boy error they say. Maybe should look at your drawings and photos to confirm you are doing things correctly. Communication not great over christmas break they send out emails but no one there to pick up and confirm fittings and changed day of fitting without informing us. Would not recommend and will be looking elsewhere to have downstairs windows and doors changed.
