It really was our lucky day when the other removal companies who did quotes for my Mum were fully booked on her completion day. Thanet Removals is a family run company with family and staff members who really care about what they do. They are an established and long standing company, not casual workers employed for the day to do lifting and carrying. They are kind, caring, good humoured and very professional. They are also very honest. They found an envelope full of cash ( probably squirreled a way by my late dad who liked a flutter) and immediately gave it to my Mum. Then she accidentally overpaid

Easily the best removals and storage company I've ever used. I had a difficult move with an exit into storage and a move into a new build a few months later. The guys came and packed everything for me, put the whole lot into storage and then delivered safely to my new home with no fuss, no bother and everything as it should be. Whatever promises these guys make be sure it is written down. Pricey and can rip you off if you do not have a bargaining chip. Lots of storage but no lifts and stairs are narrow so be aware.

Stewart and his team due to our logistics moved us twice all with no fuss or bother,our home was in there care in storage for a number of months which was secure and safe,Helen was always accomodating answering any questions promptly,was really impressed with prices and the professionalism with absolutley breakages throughout,would use the company again and would certainly recommend,well done team and a big thank you.
