We recently used http://smallmoves.co.uk/ to move us into our new flat. The price was very competitive for the amount of work (around 3 hours with two guys helping including myself came to £155).
As for the actual removal, the people who did it were very heavy-handed and showed little care towards our personal belongings. Throwing boxes around, balancing them precariously on their shoulders and heads didn't exactly leave us feeling like everything would get there in one piece.
However despite some small breakages (like a teapot and some crockery) everything did make it in one piece and
