High end kitchen appliance supplier & kitchen designers: Exceptional customer service with knowledgeable & friendly staff. Sarah Brewin could not have been more helpful. The myriad choices displayed are truly inspirational. Highly competitive pricing on the appliances we bought. Perhaps my only regret is that our initial contact to design & manage the project didn’t go so well: I suspect if we’d persisted, possibly asked for another designer(s) we would’ve received the expert service they can clearly deliver.

Amazing service. We were let down by an independent engineer and Clare the service manager at Spillers managed to squeeze us in the day after I called. Adam the engineer was brilliant and spent lots of extra time talking us through how everything worked as we recently inherited the aga and didn’t have a clue! Thank you so much!

My wife and i visited spillers of Chard and were very surprised to see how competitive the prices were and that they were actually cheaper than other suppliers including online. We were also quite taken back by the knowledge and help we were given by Jamie the retail sales manager. Jamie was very infomative, could answer all questions and nothing was to much trouble. A great credit to the company.

By servicing the appliances they sell and not pass the buck back to Aga, who also don’t provide any sort or after sales service and pass it back to the reseller. Spillers are happy to take your money for the product but do not supply the service afterwards. BEWARE. But a different product from someone else

If you're serious about installing a new kitchen then don't commit to anything before you've visited Spillers. It'll be worth the trip even from hundreds of miles away - prepared to be wowed!

The mind-boggling array of kitchen cabinetry, appliances, and accessories can be overwhelming. It would be a promise too far to claim that a visit to Chard will disperse all the fog

I had a problem with the installation of my electric AGA and didn’t feel I could engage with the original installer due to their negative and rude attitude. SPILLERS took up the cudgel on my behalf and arranged for a complete refurbish, or so it felt, at no extra cost to me. After 4 years of looking at wonky hotplate, It is such a pleasure to see my AGA as it’s meant to be. (I was told I’d have to live with it!) I can’t praise SPILLERS’ whole team enough for their courtesy and helpfulness.

I bought my AGA new from Spillers in 2000. The AGA is going strong. I'd recommend them for servicing, fault repair. They have an impressive showroom with full range of AGAs, Everhots, Miele and other top brands of cookers and ovens. So if you are looking to buy a new cooker, or a new kitchen I recommend going to have a look. I also recommend Spillers to the customers of my company.

Shambolic, sadly. Aga removed five days before installation of replacement. Information mostly wrong or late or not forthcoming. Twenty four hours before removal we were told that we would have to arrange for the disconnection of the oil.
On the plus side, the two men who took the old Aga away were excellent: tidy, efficient and careful.

Spillers saved my kitchen renovation & my sanity when Aga misplaced my Falcon range. Nigel the sales manager kindly offered their showroom model on loan so that the kitchen fit could go ahead as planned. Nigel loaded and drove the range to me, unloaded and even assisted with extractor hood fit. Such customer service is very rare these days!
